Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time. If an order with such an address is placed, we may need to cancel or request an alternate address.

Delays
Miralyn Storvow LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at q32m1x3p4u8k9ku@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as missing; please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim in such cases.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Miralyn Storvow LLC is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to international orders (if offered in the future). All such fees are the customer's responsibility.
